Based on the advanced quality management mode introduced from Japan Kawasaki Heavy Industries and by independent innovation and development, the Company has gradually formed the quality management system to take PDCA for the quality management practices.
In the project management, the management mode is Quality Control of Process. According to the different characteristics of each project, QC Follow Chart and ITP(Inspection and Test Plan) will be established, and the implementation of quality control will be carried out in accordance with the chart and plan by quality management personnel.
In the process management, QC tools, such as Control Chart, Pareto Chart and Data Collection Form etc. Will be adopted to dispose of or improve the issues or situation in the management process, so that the quality of the products can be controlled to customer’s satisfaction.
